Welcome to my raw food blog. My name is Lisa and I’ve been making the transition to a raw diet (off and on) for a few years now. I haven’t been able to stick with it in the past, but health issues have motivated me to change my lifestyle and my way of eating. Currently, I am about 80% raw. Some days I have lightly cooked veggies. I had meat for the last time a few weeks ago and it caused some of my health symptoms to flare, so I am off meat for good.

Please bear with me as I’m in the planning stages of this blog. It will primarily be a raw food recipe blog with a few other health topics sprinkled here and there. Please check back soon, thanks!
